The development and construction of Limassol forces developers to explore new territories outside the city, since there is practically no space left inside the resort, especially near the sea. Neighboring areas such as Pyrgos are becoming a new center of attraction for builders and investors. This area is well located: between the airports of Paphos and Limassol. Soon we should expect new complexes here and an increase in the influx of tourists.
